Hollywood's hottest leading men—Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Ben Affleck, Robert Downey Jr., Matt Damon, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Mayer, and Justin Timberlake weren't always such sizzling chunks of beefcake.
Like most male stars, they had their ugly duckling stages and grew into their good looks. Check out these young dudes before they became beefcake, back when. And before Giselle Bundchen, Angelina Jolie, Reese Witherspoon, Jennifer Aniston (or even Jessica Simpson) would have given these guys a second glance.
